Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel offers small but newly and beautifully decorated rooms with very comfortable beds. The bathroom could use some updating, but we managed to adjust the heating to our liking.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were amazing and extremely comfortable, with beautiful new decorations, but the bathroom was tiny. The service was super nice and helpful, from fixing my bow tie to offering various amenities. The location was great, near key spots like Sloane Square and Kings Road, perfect for exploring Chelsea and Knightsbridge. The dining experience could have been better and was relatively expensive.
I couldn't get enough of having our own private rooms and still a cozy living area for spending quality time together. The view overlooking London's chimneys felt like a scene from Mary Poppins, but it did get a bit dark and noisy due to the air conditioning unit outside the window. The staff did their best to be helpful and accommodating, and they even knew one of us was a tea enthusiast. The location struck the right balance between a peaceful residential neighborhood and a bustling commercial area. Dining was a mix of highs and lows, with some outstanding dishes but also areas with room for improvement.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The Junior Suite I stayed in was perfectly well-proportioned for a London hotel and nicely decorated, but it was seriously small with minimal space to move around. The service was mostly great, with knowledgeable and honest staff, but some aspects like not always opening the door for guests were a letdown. The location, however, was fantastic, being close to key attractions like restaurants, the tube station, and shops, creating a home-like feeling. The dining experience was top-notch, especially at the Hans Restaurant. The facilities were good overall, enhancing my stay.
